Refund Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their order within 10 Mins; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 15 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
Refund process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product or service. From the day you submitted your return request, This quality evaluation process may take up to 15 days. We will send you an email notification once return examination completed.
To process your refund more quickly, you have the option to request a refund via original mode of payment, which must be indicated when you request for a cancel online or by calling our Customer Service.
Otherwise, you can be refunded according to other available methods. Note that some refund methods are available according to your payment method.
